Welcome to the Utish Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: To become an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website, blog, social media account, or other digital platform where you can promote Utish web design services.
2. Application Process: To apply, fill out our affiliate application form accurately and truthfully. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
3. Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates are required to promote Utish web design services in a professional and ethical manner. You may use approved promotional materials provided by Utish or create your own, but all promotional content must comply with our branding guidelines.
4. Commission Structure: Affiliates earn commissions on qualified referrals made through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in the affiliate agreement upon acceptance into the program.
5. Cookie Duration: Utish uses cookies to track affiliate referrals. The default cookie duration is 60 days, during which affiliates can earn commissions on eligible purchases made by referred customers.
6. Payouts: Commissions are paid out within the first week of every month, subject to reaching a minimum payout threshold from at least a referal per month. Payments are typically made via Paypal.
7. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm the reputation of Utish or violate any laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to spamming, deceptive advertising, or promoting illegal content.
8. Termination: Utish reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying Utish in writing.
9. Modification of Terms: Utish may update or modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any changes.
10. Governing Law: These terms of service are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from or related to the affiliate program shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
